Leadership Training

Conflict Resolution Workshops

Companies and organizations are more effective when management and employees know how to deal with and resolve conflict. These are very specific skills, which can be learned through the facilitation process. The main goal of these type workshops are for everyone to understand the other side and the underlying issues. During the process, it is not the goal for individuals to change their minds or all of a sudden change to the other side or opposite opinion. More importantly is to allow the free exchange of ideas without the fear of retribution or negative impact after the process. It is encouraged and recommended that everyone is free to share any ideas, and understandings they have about any issue. It is through this process that is the first step in preventing the escalation of conflict and allows the parties to work through almost any issue whether or not it is controversial or not.

As a neutral facilitator it is my job to understand the values and culture of a company or organization, discuss their goals and concerns and put together program that is specific to those needs while working on a desired outcome with a system that not only works now but also in the shadow of the future.

Everyone Communicates Few Connect

If you can connect with others- one-on-one, in groups, and with an audience – your sense of community improves, your ability to create team work increases, and your influence skyrockets. People who connect with others have better relationships, experience less conflict, and get more things done than those who cannot connect. Leaders who have learned the art of connection are able to communicate their ideas persuasively, establishing buy-in and attracting followers. It isn’t experience; it isn’t talent.

If you want to succeed, you must learn how to connect with people. And while it may seem like some people are just born with it, the fact is anyone can learn how to make every communication an opportunity for a powerful connection!

Today Matters

Everyone wants to have a good day, but not many people know what a good day looks like-much less how to create one. And even fewer people understand how the way you live today impacts your tomorrow.

In this series you will learn what success is and how to effectively achieve it by being an effective leader, leveraging your time and how to realistically set and achieve goals.

Time management is a MYTH. There is no such thing. We all have the same 168 hours each week and no control over it. Once time passes, it is gone forever and you can never get it back. Learn how to value time, set priorities and why that is important.
