Jeffrey Bloom, a graduate of Concord Law School, has over 13 years experience as a litigation paralegal and conflict resolution specialist. He has also completed his master’s degree in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from Creighton University and is a member of the New York State Council on Divorce Mediation as well as the Academy of Professional Mediators and has hosted weekly radio talk show on AM1240 WGBB in 2014 called “The Mediator”.
Jeffrey served honorably in the United States Air Force for over 16 years serving in both Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom. He is also the founder of Creative Resolutions and the Mediation Society of Long Island and is dedicated to helping people resolve important and personal issues, resolving issues that not only work today, but also in the shadow of the future.

Our lead advisor on the topic has worked with the two of the largest Union’s in the country; SEIU, and the Teamsters Union. As an arbitrator panelist and settlement negotiator Jonathan Michael has worked with the Nations largest medical employer Kaiser Permanente, his role as a panelist allows him to hear multiple cases on a bi-monthly basis; many of which he settles prior too. As holder of a Masters Degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) he makes it his goal to settle cases between the parties before precedent setting awards are determined. In the last year he has settled over 100 cases reaching a monetary value of nearly $1,000,000.00. His purpose, to analyze each case in respect to the employers policy and unions contract (if one exist). Through this process he utilizes his skill to assess all possible liabilities.
Jonathan Michael also develops and facilitates on-going trainings for labor, such as; negotiation, communication, and partnership building techniques.

Dr. Monica’s life has taken her on a journey of self-discovery for life, love, and truth. She was born to parents who were both holocaust survivors. Her childhood years were filled with uncertainty and fear, which led to many unhappy and disappointing results. She knew in her heart and soul that there must be a better way. So after years of study and applying the principles of the laws of the universe the answers were revealing themselves to her.
She has earned her Doctorates degree in Naturopathy, as well as become a certified Life Success Consultant, certified Reflexologist, Certified Nia dancer, certified Biodynamic Gardener, Certified Napoleon Hill Science of Success trainer, Brian Tracy’s Coaching methods, as well as many other modalities including NLP.
She is also an author of the book How May I Serve and E-book; Navigating Uncertainty With and Faith and Courage and 10 Keys On How to Become a Successful Entrepreneur.
She has traveled extensively around the world and most recently to Pucallpa Peru to work with a Shaman, to uncover hidden mysteries of the mind and India to practice meditation.
Chris Di Maggio

Chris Di Maggio has a BA degree from Hunter Teachers College in Health and Family Education and a Masters from NYU in Family and Sex Education. He is a certified Family Life Coach, a Vietnam era Veteran and a licensed Real Estate Broker.
He has worked for 3 years on a Family Law Task Force for Nassau County, developing Alternative Dispute Resolution programs, allowing mediators to hear & determine cases of divorcing couples. He is a committeeman & member of NYSCDM and NYSDRA, NY States largest mediation organizations. He has written numerous articles dealing with subjects surrounding our “Divorce Culture.” He is a practicing Divorce Mediator, quoted in Newsday & has been a guest speaker on many TV programs on Mediation.
Chris devotes his efforts to expose legal flaws in matrimonial litigation and develop awareness that “Divorce is about relationships & relationships cannot be adjudicated,” We are living in the “Infamous Parental Alienation Era.”
Marc Miller has a Ph.D. in Psychology from Adelphi University. He has completed mediation and divorce mediation training at The Center for Understanding in Conflict & The Center for Mediation in Law (New York City) and additional divorce mediation training at The Center for Mediation and Training (New York City). He is a member of the NY State Council on Divorce Mediation.
